Runni Spa terms and conditions for cancellations

The reservation can be cancelled without cost seven (7) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled thereafter, but three (3) days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the Guest shall pay 25% of the services ordered. If the reservation is cancelled later than three (3) days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the Guest shall pay 75% of the services ordered.

Should the Guest not cancel his or her reservation or is a no-show, the Spa shall invoice the Guest for the full value of services ordered.

Terms and conditions of reservations and cancellations for groups

Groups must confirm the final number of people to be accommodated no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. A list of names of the people to be accommodated must be submitted to the Runni Spa no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

A group reservation may be cancelled without cost four (4) weeks prior to the time of the reservation. Should the reservation be cancelled later than four (4) weeks, but nevertheless 14 days prior to, the date of arrival, the Spa shall invoice 25% of the value of the reservation. Should the cancellation be made later than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the Spa will charge 75% of the value of the reservation. In a case of no-show (without cancellation), the Spa will invoice the full value of the order.

The driver and every 20th person in the group is free of charge.
